AUTHENTIA ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE
HUMAN-IN-COMMANDSeven-model evaluator panel pricing high-value collateral across six asset classes, graded against real recorded sale prices. Models are graded, never trusted — a deterministic kernel is the only pricing path, and RAG over a vectorized ontology data lake grounds every valuation in traceable evidence, not model recall. Every judgement sealed to an append-only, hash-chained ledger. Self-hosted, governed on IBM watsonx, every consequential call held by a human.

GALAXY — GATEWAY TICKETING SYSTEMS
12+ IMPLEMENTATIONSGateway Ticketing's Galaxy platform taken into Latin America from zero — demos, technical evaluation, closing the sale and on-site installation, owned personally, across five countries.
ULTRAMAR PLATFORM
30M+ PASSENGERSFull digital operations platform for the Caribbean's largest ferry operator — ticketing to executive dashboards, in production since 2018.
FARMACIAS ESPECIALIZADAS
100+ PHARMACIESPoint-of-sale, warehouse, and invoicing rebuilt as one stack for a major LatAm pharmaceutical distributor — insurer-settled co-insurance at the register.

CTO & VP of Product · Authentia Enterprise Intelligence
PARTNER :: IBM watsonx Engineering Partner
- Engineered an enterprise reasoning and orchestration platform spanning insurance underwriting and specialty banking — credit evaluation, collateral valuation and loan-to-value analysis on one governed reasoning core. It produces reference analysis for human underwriters and credit officers; it does not decide.
- Built champion/challenger evaluation: reasoning agents run in parallel with human experts, scoring agreement, compliance alignment and decision drift — autonomy recommended only where the evidence supports it.
- Architected RAG over a vectorized ontology data lake, grounding every reference valuation in traceable enterprise evidence rather than model recall. Governance-first on IBM watsonx; multi-model bench; tamper-evident audit trails.

CTO & VP of Product · Authentia Digital Product Passport
TEAM :: 4–6 engineers · every one personally sourced, interviewed and hired
- Built the engineering team from scratch — sourced, interviewed and hired every engineer on it — and lead all 4–6 across both Authentia product lines.
- Architected digital product passports for diamonds, luxury goods and other high-value assets — a cryptographically anchored digital twin per item, origin through manufacturing to finished piece; tens of thousands of carats of natural diamonds under verifiable provenance.
- Co-invented a computer-vision pipeline fusing laser marking with crystallographic topography analysis to defeat counterfeit provenance markings — patent application pending, named inventor.
- Led the technical sales cycle with a global luxury jewelry house whose laser tags were being reproduced on lab-grown stones — diagnosed the failure mode and negotiated adoption of crystallographic topography analysis in their place.

VP of Product · GigaStar
TEAM :: 6–8
- Led a 6–8 person team to stand up GigaStar end-to-end — the first SEC-regulated (Reg CF) crowdfunding platform for YouTube creators, letting fans participate directly in channel revenue.
- Structured fractional royalty offerings as compliant securities: creators raised immediate capital while token holders earned a share of monetized channel revenue.
- Designed tiered, time-bound offering events that converted fan audiences into investors without creators ceding ownership of their channels.

2018 — 2021 · Cancún
Lead Product Manager, Galaxy · GA Tech Solutions
TEAM :: 15+
- Took the Galaxy ticketing system into the Latin American market from zero, owning the full enterprise cycle personally — demos, technical evaluation, closing the sale and on-site installation — resulting in 12+ enterprise implementations across five countries to date.
- Led a 15+ person team delivering those implementations.
- Introduced Agile product management practice and delivered quantifiable results; maintained direct working relationships with the president and CEO.
- Opened and led a new business line in 2021: distributed plug-and-play Ethereum validator hardware, and stood up a validator staking operation.

CTO · Ultramar Ferry
engagement delivered through GA Tech Solutions
TEAM :: 20+ developers plus technicians under team leads
- Led an engineering organization of 20+ developers plus implementation, communications, maintenance and navigation technicians under team leads.
- Hired and trained my own successor as CTO, handing over the platform and the engineering organization intact — still in production five years on.
- Took the largest ferry operator in the Caribbean from paper-based workflows to one integrated platform — ticketing, access control, point-of-sale and mobile POS, back office, executive dashboards. 30M+ passengers boarded; in production since 2018.
- Owned production operations down to the physical layer — hands-on managed the dedicated undersea fiber links connecting Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Cancún and Playa del Carmen, and installed the hotspots carrying access control and mobile POS traffic, through Caribbean hurricane seasons.
- Replaced legacy identification with facial-recognition access control — chronic terminal queues eliminated; the passenger app drove organic growth in tourist volume.

- Solutions Architect · 2013 — 2015
TEAM :: 16 direct · 45 indirect
- Managed 16 direct and 45 indirect technologists across the design, development and support of every application running the enterprise — LatAm's leading pharmaceutical enterprise, 100+ owned pharmacies plus independent affiliates across the region.
- Introduced co-insurance at point of sale — insurer-settled benefit discounts applied at the register, replacing pay-now-reimburse-later and materially improving patient access to medication.
- Rebuilt point-of-sale, warehouse management, provider sourcing and billing/invoicing as one unified stack.
- As Solutions Architect (2013 — 2015): migrated per-pharmacy on-premise servers to cloud infrastructure with zero disruption, under live commercial demand, without closing a single register.

BITCOIN WALLET CORE
BIP84 SPEC-VERIFIEDA real Bitcoin address in about twelve milliseconds, derived in a browser tab with nothing on the wire — and it would accept an actual on-chain deposit. Twelve BIP39 words out of the browser's own CSPRNG, BIP32 down m/84'/0'/0'/0/0, out the far end a native SegWit bc1 address on mainnet. Checked against BIP84’s own test vector from the spec.
